The slicer works very well. I make my bread really soft. So it is not perfect. But mostly great. As I use it, I'm sure that my skill will improve. Much better than a bread knife. And much cheaper than the automatic slicers they have at Panera's. Thanks.

It cuts very uniform slices which I sure wasn't doing with a bread knife. The suction cups work well to stabilize the base. No complaints.

A pleasure to use, slices evenly and precisely, and is very easy to use and keep clean. We generally cut our dense, sourdough loaves at about 1/4-1/3 inch per slice. It is also a good looking piece of equipment.
