At Akia Collection, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, visit our Contact page with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different product? Reach out through our Contact page and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days through our Contact page with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement right away — no return needed.
